We will help you reclaim 20 - 25% (even more on furnished holiday lets) of the purchase price as a tax allowance (on anything in your portfolio except one bedroomed flats.) As an example, on a £100k property, you will be able to offset £20,000 against your income tax bill. This could be against tax you have paid already or against tax due in future tax years.
You can currently claim £100,000 per year in tax allowances from HMRC. If you own buy-to-let property and paid income tax in the tax year 2008/9 then there's a cheque with your name on it waiting to be collected.
